Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What counts as an alert?
Each unique combination of make, model, and year range you want to track. Paused alerts still count toward your limit.
When do I get notified?
Our scraper runs daily. You get an email (and SMS on Pro, coming soon) as soon as a match is found at a monitored yard.
How does the yard limit work?
Free accounts can monitor up to 3 yards per alert. Pro accounts have no limit — monitor every yard in our database.
Is my card info stored by YardAlert?
No. All payment data is handled by Stripe. YardAlert never sees your card number.
What if I upgrade mid-month?
Stripe prorates billing automatically. You are only charged for the days remaining in your billing cycle.
